ThumbmarkJS has been designed to be completely scalable. Due to its technical architecture, it suits extremely well for projects of a few thousand request per month to millions of requests per day.

We promise a 99.9% uptime SLA for Enterprise customers, but in practice the Pro plan users get the same experience. Our infrastructure runs on robust serverless AWS services.

Privacy and compliance

We take privacy seriously. For enterprise customers, we offer data processing agreements (DPA) to ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations. Our systems are designed to minimize data retention and protect user privacy.
